Delivery Information:

Same day delivery: Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 1:00 PM CT.
Timed deliveries: While we always do our best to accommodate timed delivery requests, we cannot give a guarantee specific times unless it's for a funeral service or going to a business.
Delivery fee: Our delivery fee is $14.99.

Substitution policy:

Our goal is to create arrangements with the freshest, highest quality blooms we can offer for each arrangement we send! While we will always maintain the look, feel, and style of the arrangements pictured here, we may have to make substitutions for the specific flowers shown. It depends on the season and the availability of the flowers/vases from our suppliers. If there are specific flowers that you would like included, please give us a call at (850) 465-3511 and we will do our best to ensure that they are included!
